Do you ship internationally?

At this moment, we do not offer international shipping. However, we are actively working on making this service available soon.

Do I have to pay for shipping?

Shipping charge will be applicable as per actual.

How long will it take for my order to reach me?

All orders are shipped within 3 working days of placement. After shipping, it typically takes an additional 2 to 10 working days for your order to reach you, depending on your location. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with the courier and tracking details to track your order online.

You will also be provided with an approximate delivery date along with the tracking details. Please note that the approximate delivery date is an estimate provided by the carrier. We are not liable for any delays caused by third-party logistics partners.

Will all the items in my order be shipped in the same package?

Not necessarily. Depending on the product, your order may be shipped as multiple packages to ensure safe and secure delivery.

Can I return a product if I do not like it?

We have a strict No Returns policy. Return or exchange is only allowed if the delivered product is damaged or incorrect.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

While we take every care to ensure safe and secure delivery of your products, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please raise a replacement or exchange request within 24 hours of receiving the product. To initiate this, send us an email at support@thelightsoftomorrow.com, along with your Order ID. We will work swiftly to resolve the issue. In rare cases where a replacement is not possible, we will offer a full refund.

Please note that for any exchange or return request, the product must have the original packaging intact. We will not accept any requests if any packaging material is missing.

Once your return is approved, we will process your refund or exchange.

What about the refundable amount?

A credit will automatically be applied to your bank account.

How long will it take to process my return?

It usually takes 20-25 working days for your replacement product or refund to be processed.
